Overcoming STRESS!

How to overcome STRESS?!😄
Hi, so this is my very first blog and to be honest with you, I don't really know what I'm doing, but I'm enjoying this already.
So... I think that everyone here has already experienced the very famous emotion: STRESS, and a lot of us also thought that it's okay and it will pass but it doesn't always go that way especially when it's intense. What can trigger it is either an important situation that has the potential to change your life, pressure from others and yourself or even tests you have to take at school or college. So basically stress can be triggered by literally anything.
😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩
I have personally been dealing with it for as long as I can remember and at some point it becomes really annoying and exhausting to constantly being on your nerves and not being able to relax. So after many years of struggling a lot with it I have found my own ways not to completely control it but to at least be able to decrease its symptoms whenever I feel this emotion intensely. So here are MY WAYS to deal with it:👇
1.No matter how busy you are, take a break and do something fun that will get your mind off of the thing that's causing you to stress.
2.Find out what's the real reason behind your stress in order to solve the problem.
3.If your stressing because of a test you have be confident in what you've studied and tell yourself that you've been through this before.
4.Don't let it all in, feel every single emotion the way it should be felt.
5.To express your emotions I definitely recommend crying , OR doing something artsy like painting or writing a poem( even if you're not an artist).
6.Something you've heard before but it really helps a lot; talk about it with someone you feel comfortable with.
7.When you're done stressing don't constantly go back to think about it.
8.Will it matter in like...5 months?
9.Don't eat, drink or do something that has the potential to trigger it.
10.When you're stressing be aware of it and don't push it to the back of your mind, YOUR MENTAL HEALTH IS IMPORTANT.
11.If a certain pretty long phase is stressing you , you are always allowed to seek professional help( don't be ashamed of it).
12.Don't put too much effort in things that won't make YOU happy or that aren't THAT important.
13.You can also pray, which will bring you inner peace, but this is totally up to you depending on your religion, faith and beliefs.
I'm not an expert and I'm obviously still figuring my life out and how to deal with the problems that come with it. But you know what, I feel like sometimes it's not really about how to overcome something but more about feeling like other people do know and understand how it feels like to deal with this particular emotion. This is what can make you feel safe and better because you feel like you're not the only one going through it and if everyone is working their way out of it , SO CAN YOU!heart
